AFD Mission Meets the Governor and LGUs of Bukidnon

The Agence Française de Développement (AFD) Mission meets with the Governor of the Bukidnon, Hon. Jose Maria R. Zubiri, Jr., and with the municipal and city mayors and/or their representatives on February 11, 2016.

The AFD Mission was composed of AFD’s Country Director, Mr. Christophe Blanchot; AFD’s Project Manager in Agriculture, Rural Development and Biodiversity Division, Dr. Tiphaine Lemenager, and Mr. Espero Fernado III of AFD Manila. AFD’s consultation/ meeting with the Governor and Local Executive leaders was held at Pine Hills Hotel in Malaybalay City. The objective of the consultation/meeting was to appraise to the local executives of the status of the Feasibility Study (FS) of the “Reviving Ecosystems Nature and Agriculture by Improving Sustainable Solutions and Community Empowerment (or Renaissance) Project in Mindanao, particularly in Bukidnon and two municipalities of Lanao del Sur (Wao and Amai Manabilang). The meeting also aimed to get feedback and comments of the FS from the local stakeholders.
